Mô tả công việc
1. Assist the general manager in handling daily affairs, including schedule arrangement, meeting organization, document management, etc., to ensure the efficient and orderly progress of the general manager's work.
2. Be responsible for communicating and coordinating with various departments, following up the progress of important projects, reporting to the general manager in a timely manner and making reasonable suggestions.
3. Participate in the formulation and implementation of the company's strategic planning, assist the general manager in market research, analyze competitors, and provide strong support for the company's decision-making.
4. Accompany the general manager to attend business activities, important meetings, etc., take meeting minutes and follow up the subsequent work.
5. Be responsible for receiving visiting guests and maintaining a good corporate image.
6. Translate documents, emails and meeting contents between Chinese and Vietnamese to ensure smooth communication.
7. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the general manager.
Yêu cầu
1. Vietnamese nationality, living in Ho Chi Minh City.
2. Proficient in Chinese and Vietnamese, with good oral and written expression skills, and able to accurately translate between the two languages. English listening and speaking skills are preferred.
3. Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited, and those with experience in the e-commerce industry are preferred.
4. Possess strong organizational, coordination, communication and teamwork skills, and be able to work under pressure.
5. Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
6. Be responsible, careful, have strong execution ability and confidentiality awareness.
