ABOUT NORBREEZE COLLECTIVE ASIA
Norbreeze Collective Asia - NCA (a member of Norbreeze Group) is currently the exclusive distributor of the Pandora jewelry brand in Vietnam and the Indochina region. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to lead our retail teams within the luxury jewelry sector. The GM will oversee all operations, drive growth, and ensure the overall success of our Retail & Region Wholesales. This position is a key leadership role responsible for aligning business objectives with the company's vision and maintaining our status as a leading luxury brand.
The successful candidate would be located in district 2 HCM and directly report to the CEO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retail Leadership: Lead and manage the retail sales team to ensure seamless integration and optimization of channels.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales and profitability across all retail stores.
Team Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management for retail teams. Build and maintain a high-performance team culture.
Sales Performance & Reporting: Monitor sales performance and KPIs, generate regular reports, and provide insights for improving performance.
Customer Experience: Ensure that all customer interactions in-store reflect the premium standards of the Pandora brand.
Budget & Cost Management: Manage budgets, control operational costs, and optimize expenditures to meet financial targets.
Market Analysis & Competitor Research: Stay ahead of market trends and competition by continuously researching market conditions and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to optimize business operations and grow brand awareness.

Preferred to have a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Minimum 15 years of experience in retail, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership position managing retail stores.
Strong understanding of the luxury retail sector, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
Strong ability to manage budgets, analyze sales data, and drive profitability.
A strong dedication to creating exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high service standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners in English and Vietnamese.
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing retail environment and embrace new technologies and market trends.
