Responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations.
Track the metrics needed to make decisions and optimize your hotel's business performance to ensure operational results and occupancy rates
Planning and budgeting: Forecast revenue, expenses, and set profit targets
Revenue management: Track and monitor revenue sources, ensuring maximum room and other service revenue
Cost management: Keep a close eye on your hotel's operating expenses
Financial statement analysis: Evaluate your financial health, profitability, and develop appropriate business strategies
Closely monitor customer satisfaction metrics, including online reviews, rankings, and guest feedback. By tracking these metrics, you can identify areas for improvement, recognize successes, and ultimately improve the overall customer experience.
Manage your staffs, build your corporate culture, and develop your employees' professional skills.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the best service quality for customers. Represent the hotel in external activities and industry events.
Education and Experience
Yêu cầu
University graduate majoring in hotel management or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience working in a senior management position at a 4-5 star hotel. In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, revenue and hospitality management.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
Proficient in English (required) - and other foreign languages (Chinese, Korean, French, etc.) are an advantage
