1. Develop and manage the plant's operational budget, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets
2. Identify and implement opportunities for cost saving without compromising product quality or safety
3. Monitor, evaluate, and improve production processes for efficiency, cost reduction and quality enhancement
4. Lead, manage and motivate a diverse team of supervisors to achieve production goals and maintain high standards.
5. Set clear performance expectations, conduct performance reviews.
6. Overseeing staffing levels, ensuring appropriate staffing to meet production needs and manage labor costs effectively
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Veterinarians, and Business Administration or a related field
2. Minimum of 5-7 years in an operational management role in food processing, poultry, or slaughterhouse environment.
3. Proven experience in managing high-volume production operations with knowledge of the poultry industry and processing technique
4. Experience in budgeting,financial managementn, and cost control
5. Fluently in English (Speaking, Listening, Writing)
6.Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
