Supervise daily operations of the Reservations team, ensuring all bookings are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
Review and process reservations from various channels: OTA, website, email, phone, travel agents, and corporate clients.
Manage room inventory, rate plans, and availability in the system.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to maximize room revenue.
Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and reservation-related complaints.
Ensure all reservation details are properly updated in the PMS system.
Monitor booking trends, prepare reports, and provide forecasts (daily/weekly/monthly).
Support in developing pricing strategies and promotional programs.
Train, guide, and evaluate team members.
Ensure compliance with hotel/resort standards, policies, and procedures.
Yêu cầu
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of PMS (Opera, Smile, or equivalent) and OTA channels ([protected info], Agoda, etc.).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
