PURPOSE/ MỤC TIÊU
- To lead and support the sales team in achieving business growth by identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring effective communication across teams - with a focus on the logistics sector and the ability to work in both Chinese and basic English environments
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH
- Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.
- Provide training and support to junior
sales staff when needed.
- Communicate effectively in Chinese with Chinese-speaking clients and suppliers.
- Use basic English for internal communication and reporting purposes.
