- Supervise and coordinate the service team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Support staff in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining service standards.
- Assist in training new employees and monitoring team performance.
- Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of the dining area before and after service.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Monitor inventory of service supplies and report any shortages.
- Assist in preparing daily shift reports and suggest operational improvements.
- Ensure staff compliance with hygiene, grooming, safety, and food handling procedures.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive, professional work atmosphere.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service role in a restaurant.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team and handle guest interactions confidently.
- Familiar with restaurant operations and basic POS system usage.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English communication required; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is an advantage.
