1. Planning and Preparation
Facilitate parent-child interactive activities.
Be familiar with program materials.
Maintain a high standard of teaching to ensure accuracy, consistency, energy and passion during lessons => Communicate any issues or areas needing support.
Discuss and identify problems and needs with Head of Gymboree Vietnam to ensure positivity, quality of teaching, service, experience and consistency are achieved.
Carry out lesson plans and projects according to curriculum and roaster
Ensure class attendance is consistent. Call parents if they have made a booking but haven't shown up.
=> Communicate any feedback or issues with the Head of Gymboree Vietnam.
Ensure the milestones books of your students are updated.
Develop and maintain current, accurate and confidential customer information.
Be familiar with and accurately operate internal software (such as Play Web).
Attend designated staff meetings and training.
2. Operations
Work and communicate internally and to our customers according to Gymboree's core values and philosophy.
Communicate instructions in a clear, positive and effective manner with children and parents.
Discuss children's development with parents in a clear, positive and effective manner.
Ensure children are supervised at all times.
Ensure facilities are ready for lessons. Equipment must be clean, safe and well maintained. All resources and materials must be ready to go.
Be familiar with emergency procedures.
