Chương trình giảng dạy Anh ngữ bằng công nghệ số của Rise đã được chứng nhận bởi Hội đồng học thuật gồm các giáo sư tại Harvard với bản nghiên cứu về hiệu quả ngôn ngữ, kiến thức và kỹ năng.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Master and become completely proficient in all aspects of the teaching materials and student content at assigned stage level.
Precisely follow the RISE teaching methods and principles. Plan, prepare and deliver the lessons accurately to students at assigned levels.
Utilize existing materials, design and produce teaching materials and resources to promote active learning and cater to the diverse learning styles of young children.
Assess and monitor the progress of students regularly, providing constructive feedback and individualized support to address areas of improvement.
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's development, progress, and any concerns or achievements.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to coordinate activities, events, and parent-teacher meetings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of attendance, lesson plans, and student performance, and ensure compliance with administrative procedures
Create and maintain all teaching aids and equipment of the center at good and working condition and inform any damage to the person in charge.
Attend and contribute to team meetings, support school events (if any).
Keep the Academic Coordinator informed of all accidents/mishaps to children in the center (even the minor ones).
Engage in continuing professional development.
Be responsible for achieving re- enrollment number of students at the end of each course.
Other duties to meet the on-going needs of the organization.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Bachelor's degree with English as a major. At least 1 year in teaching. Higher education is an advantage. A teaching certificate is preferred.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, with a neutral accent and clear pronunciation.
Good communication, presentation and computer skills.
