The hiring process includes CV screening, an initial interview with the Glints team, followed by HR personnel for cultural fit and hiring managers for related competencies. Responsibilities
● Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
● Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
● Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospects and clients.
● Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
● Deliver Sales Quota
● Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
● Maintaining a database of contact information.
● Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
● Handling complaints and negotiations.
Experience and Requirements
● Experience of at least 1-3 years in software marketing, business development and/or sales.
● Strong existing network of key persons in target segments will place you at the top of the candidate list.
● Bachelor's degree (or above) in business, marketing, or related field
● Business level English and native Vietnamese
● Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
● Excellent organizational skills, selling, communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
