Global After sales Director - Talent Pool

In this role, you will be responsible for tasks in Global Sales - MKT - Aftersales department. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including other departments and VINFAST's partners, to create cutting-edge solutions, drive the company's success and to propel our global expansion within the automotive sector/industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in building KPI sets to evaluate the effectiveness of after-sales services across markets and departments within the global after-sales division
- Review KPI results and compliance with policies/procedures/guidelines of Service Providers/ Agents in the market to identify systemic risks, errors, and propose improvements for the market
- Control and manage key after-sales plans of the market
- Report, support in resolving urgent issues related to service operation activities in the market
- Utilize data and analysis to propose initiatives to improve the quality of after-sales services in markets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Analyze, evaluate, then propose improvements regarding after-sales process to optimize deployment efficiency and cost savings
- Build and manage budgets for the global after-sales operation control area
- Support the connection between the market and VF Global to address operational issues and establish the market
