Job Description:
Reporting to the Global Brand Compliance Manager, you will be responsible to develop Brand Standard and ensure the Brand Compliance of entire Vinfast showrooms and workshops including but not limited to:
- Conduct and Build the Brand Standards to ensure all of service delivery to customer are standardize and consistency of entire Vinfast showrooms and workshops
- Conduct and Build the procedures, policies, standards to make sure all of guest journey are smoothly and satisfaction
- Defines standards for customer support center and bring Voice of Customer inside the company
- Build the audits tools and measure compliance in the markets
- Build Brand Standards for Sales & After Sales Departments
- Coordinate with the training department to implement soft skills training course
- Conduct the internal Audit at showrooms and workshops to ensure the respect of guest experience and brand compliance of entire Vinfast showrooms and workshops (mystery visits, brand audit....)
- Report the risk point, top issue after audit and propose the planing to improving systems
- Review the design concepts/layout of Showroom/Service Workshop to ensure brand compliance
