Government Relations & Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities (Ministry of Health, DAV, Department of Health (provincial), BHXH, and Ministry of Finance); healthcare institutions, and industry associations (e.g., FIFARMA, VNPCA, EuroCham Health Committee).
• Represent the company in external meetings, policy discussions, and industry forums.
• Support stakeholder engagement initiatives that strengthen the company's external partnerships and reputation.
Policy Monitoring & Market Access & Tendering
• Monitor healthcare and pharmaceutical policy developments and assess business impact.
• Provide policy insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Support market access initiatives, reimbursement activities, and tender-related processes.
• Collaborate with the Drug & Therapeutics Committee (DTC) at key accounts to facilitate formulary inclusion.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Finance teams to support business objectives.
• Share policy, market, and stakeholder insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Law, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Government Affairs, Market Access, Public Affairs, or related functions within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Deep knowledge of Vietnam's pharmaceutical regulatory framework (Law on Pharmacy, tender regulations, pricing policies).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with government officials and industry peers.
• High integrity and compliance mindset; adherence to FCPA, local anti-corruption laws, and company Code of Conduct.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
