A key component of the success of Sunrise Events Vietnam (SEV) is the development and execution of a strong government relations strategy. We manage the relationship between SEV and various government agencies at the ward, district, and provincial levels, advocating for the Company's interests and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy:
• Developing and implementing the Government Relations strategy.
• Managing the relationship between the Company and government agencies.
• Engaging with government agencies to represent, discuss, report, propose and protect the company's plans and interests.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with government agencies at all levels, to ensure that the company has the support and respect of the authorities. Connecting with and providing important contacts (telephone, contact person) at many levels.
• Anticipating and resolving difficulties and obstacles that may arise, and proactively suggesting solutions to resolve the problems.
• Collaborating with industry advocates/supporters who share our interests and goals, and gaining their support.
• Communicating and interacting with government agencies to understand and stay up to date on new government policies and regulations affecting or impacting the Company's field of operations to ensure our compliance with those regulations.
• Researching and monitoring government activities that may affect company and customer operations.
• Engaging with other stakeholder groups: such as community groups, NGOs and
business leaders, to build good relations with stakeholders.
• Building company's image: promoting the image of the company in the community and government agencies in order to enhance the reputation and trust in the company across different fields.
• Consulting on community programs, charity activities and social support programs, in order to build a good image of the company and contribute to the development of the community.
• Making recommendations to optimize the process of working with the authorities to improve the efficiency of the company's operations.
2. Related works on Procedures, licenses:
• Applying for new project licenses and certifications from regulatory authorities.
• Resolving issues related to the government: including issues of paperwork, project licensing, and problems that need to be resolved related to operation, safety, security, traffic, crowd management and environmental protection.
• Managing and securing the company's legal documents.
• Performing other legitimate duties as assigned and as required.
• Evaluating and proposing solutions to resolve subjective and objective difficulties impacting the project.
