Mô tả công việc

1. Responsible for various design projects, such as brand Visual Identity, advertising posters, packaging, etc., to ensure that the design style is consistent with the brand positioning and meets market and customer needs.
2. Use video editing skills to produce Promotion Videos, animated short films, event recording videos, etc., including editing, color grading, special effects addition, subtitle production, etc.
3. Work closely with team members, participate in brainstorming, understand project requirements, provide creative design solutions, and optimize them in a timely manner based on feedback.
4. Keep an eye on industry trends and design trends, continuously improve their professional level, and introduce novel design concepts and technologies to the company.
5.Stay up to date with design trends, especially in digital media and social/ecommerce platforms.
Support the social and e-com team with various design-related tasks as needed.

Yêu cầu

1. Have a professional background in design, be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other design software, have a solid design foundation, have a keen sense of color, composition and layout, and excellent control ability, and can independently complete high-quality design works.
2. Proficient in using Premiere, After Effects and other video editing software, understand the video making process, and be able to produce video content with excellent visual effects and creativity according to different themes and needs. Those who have the ability to shoot videos are preferred.
3.Possessing good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to accurately understand project requirements, effectively express their design ideas, and work with team members to promote project progress.
4. Have a positive and proactive work attitude, a sense of responsibility, strong learning ability and stress resistance, and the ability to complete work tasks with high quality within the stipulated time.
5.Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with effective time management ability.

6. Priority will be given to those who have a certain foundation in English.

Thời gian làm việc
Thời gian làm việc: Từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6, từ 8h30-17h00, nghỉ trưa từ 12h00-13h00. Nghỉ T7, Chủ nhật và các ngày Lễ, Tết theo quy định.
