POSITION PURPOSE
Develop overall strategy for the brand by identifying and evaluating the consumer needs, market trends through all possible sources of data and recommend business opportunities at strategic and tactical levels for 1-3 years horizon.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Develops effectively strategic communication plans and implements programs/vehicles to support new campaigns, and target key customers.
2. Communicates effectively vision for the brand (s) and/or multiple products to relevant cross-functional teams, motivates them to achieve local and regional goals.
3. Design strategies and activities for RB brands in line with vision to hit business targets and brand goals. Clearly communicates marketing strategies to all levels within the organization to ensure smooth implementations.
4. Identifies warning signs and when programs or strategies do not meet business top-line/ bottom-line, proactively seek solutions/ actions to achieve goals.
5. Manages and delivers sales and product contribution, sets targets to drive sales and profit goals while managing forecasting and minimizing inventories.
6. Ensures development of strategic communication plans and implements programs/vehicles to support new campaigns, and target key customers.
7. Manages and directs 3rd party agencies to transfer marketing objectives into creative strategies and executions.
8. Contributes and takes a leadership role in the creation of a team based, collaborative environment especially with Trade Sales, Medical Sales, Digital, E-commerce and other functions, promoting candor and receptivity, clarity of purpose and goals, and high commitment to achieve business goal.
9. Develops strong productive relationship with cross-functional team members (Marketing including Digital & E-commerce, Medical and Trade Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance etc.) to ensure attainment of business objectives
10. Sets high standards for performance; clearly distinguishes among levels of performance; reinforces strong performance and addresses poor performance.
11. Uses technical knowledge and innovative thought processes to identify/implement new and innovative methodologies to improve operating functions.
12. Leadership
- Be part of the local marketing leadership team
- Closely collaborate with the other members of the local marketing leadership team on the overall business objectives delivery for the unit and marketing/digital team/customer marketing - lead cross-functional
- Guide and develop team

Yêu cầu
• University Degree holder - Bachelor degree in Marketing or Commercial Business
• At least 10 years experience of working in an international company
• Designed 1-2 year marketing strategies and activity plans to achieve business and brand goals
• Developed and implemented marketing plans that significantly grew sales and market share for products at various stages of life cycle
• Successfully launched a major new product, building brand
• Led advertising agency to develop strategy and campaign that achieved marketing and advertising objectives
• Experienced working effectively on cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives
• Experienced in coordinating with Regional Management
• Demonstrated ability to develop ongoing process improvements
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• At least 10 years experience of working in an international company
