Role Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily HR & Administration operations
Act as HR business partner for departments across the organization
Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Monitor HR reports, employee records, contracts, and related documentation
Support company culture building and internal communication activities
Yêu cầu
Solid experience in HR Operations & Administration
Strong understanding of business operations and cross-functional coordination
HRBP exposure or business partnering experience is highly preferred
Proactive, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
