Job Description:
Planning Marketing Strategy
• Develop and implement a strategic integrated marketing communications plan and correlating expenditure budgets annually
• Regularly define and identify the most effective communication channels to promote existing products and services
• Develop advertising opportunities on ON and OFF channels
Planning Content & Communication Plan
• Build and development of marketing materials across marketing channels such as collateral, social media, and direct marketing emails (EDM)
• Manage digital marketing and social media activity across the various social media platforms, including the development of content and analysis of reach and conversion
Brand Management & Awareness
• Coordinate and manage media/ public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness of the brand
• Keep current with marketing trends, competitive analyses, new communication techniques and digital platforms, in order to explore and recommend creative ways to reaching out to target audience
• Plan a monthly/seasonal promotional calendar of activity, generating ideas for new offerings
• Evaluate and prepare reports showing the results of marketing campaigns (return on investment, effectiveness, feedback, etc.)
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant internal departments are kept informed of marketing objectives
Customer Engagement & Event
• Facilitate customer engagement and retention on-site through various marketing channels (eg. tactical offers) in order to improve brand loyalty, expand outreach, visibility and value.
• Plan & execute monthly event plan for all available outlets
• Support the Operations team in managing guest experience on-site
• Respond to media or customer queries/complaints as well as host special events to promote restaurants

Yêu cầu
· Bachelor Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent.
· At least 7 years of related experience in sales/marketing/service/F&B industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· At least 3 years as manager level
· Proven track record as Sales/Marketing Manager.
· Has a genuine interest and knowledge of food and beverage or entertainment industry
· A strong network of connections is an asset, including media, social influencers and industry partners
· Self-motivated, creative flair, eye for details and resourceful
· Strong project management skills
· Excellent communication skills. Able to think and write strategically
· Advance computer proficiency. Skilled in digital marketing/social media including Adobe and other design software skills
· Those who embody the culture of the brand
· Service-focused, energetic and people-minded individuals with a can-do attitude
· Youthful and extroverted individuals
· Good technical knowledge of available standards, methods, tools and applications.
· Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
· The ability of creative ideas and treatments for online content in multi-channel campaigns
· MS Office Suite; familiarity with multiple web browsers, window navigation and instant messenger tools. Digital ad related tools (Meta, Google, Tiktok or Eclick,...)
· English skills: advanced level
