● Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing and growth strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue in the US.
● Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and stay updated on consumer trends to create effective marketing plans.
● Manage and optimize
Digital Marketing campaigns
● Collaborate closely with internal teams (Design, Development, Product) and external partners to implement marketing initiatives effectively.
● Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, optimize costs, and improve ROI across all channels.
● Provide regular performance reports and strategic updates to the Board of Directors
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or related business field.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in a
Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or equivalent role, preferably in e-commerce, personalized products, or the US market.
● Strong understanding of Digital Marketing tools and data analytics.
● Strategic thinker with creativity and strong business acumen.
● Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and able to communicate directly with international partners.
● Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
● Proactive, responsible, problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making ability
