This is a unique e-commerce project by Insights, specializing in premium personalized books aimed at the US market. Currently, the product development phase has been completed, and the project is preparing for market launch. Our personalized books serve as unique gifts for children, offering educational value, creativity, and emotional family connection.
● Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing and growth strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue in the US.
● Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and stay updated on consumer trends to create effective marketing plans.
● Manage and optimize
Digital Marketing campaigns
● Collaborate closely with internal teams (Design, Development, Product) and external partners to implement marketing initiatives effectively.
● Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, optimize costs, and improve ROI across all channels.
● Provide regular performance reports and strategic updates to the Board of Directors
Yêu cầu
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or related business field.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in a
Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or equivalent role, preferably in e-commerce, personalized products, or the US market.
● Strong understanding of Digital Marketing tools and data analytics.
● Strategic thinker with creativity and strong business acumen.
● Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and able to communicate directly with international partners.
● Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
● Proactive, responsible, problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making ability
