- Own the growth plan and budget for Bello and Best Friends: quarterly campaign calendar, channel mix and spend, linked to sales targets in ecommerce, modern trade and general trade
- Build and run the KOC/KOL programme with the Ecommerce Specialist: creator selection, briefs, rates and agreements, seeding, affiliate and livestream collaborations; and grow our online communities
- Lead content and social: monthly content calendar, livestream themes, and clear briefs to the
designer,
video editor and livestream host & run paid social (Meta, TikTok) with the Ecommerce Specialist
- Plan product launches with the sales channels: launch kit, creator seeding, channel offers and postlaunch review
- Lead the team: set priorities and KPIs, coach the Events & Partnerships Executive, designer and intern, run weekly check-ins and appraisals; sign off on resourcing and calendar for events and partnerships
- Manage marketing vendors and agencies; check quotes and contracts before final approval by the Country Manager
