Job Description
Căn cứ vào lịch làm việc bố trí vị trí
phục vụ cho nhân viên trong ca đảm bảo đủ nhân sự phục vụ phù hợp theo tiêu chuẩn.
Giám sát chặt chẽ việc tác nghiệp của nhân viên nhằm đảm bảo tất cả nhân viên trong ca trực phải tuân thủ các quy định, quy chế về an ninh an toàn trong hoạt động khai thác.
Báo cáo hoạt động của ca trực cho Đội trưởng nhằm chấn chỉnh kịp thời những sai sót có thể xảy ra.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để thực hiện nhiệm vụ được giao luôn đạt hiệu quả cao.
Tham mưu cho Đội trưởng trong việc lập kế hoạch, phân tích hoạt động của đội nhóm nhằm đảm bảo an toàn và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ.
Tham gia hướng dẫn đào tạo chuyên môn nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên cấp dưới nhằm hạn chế những sai sót trong quá trình phục vụ.
Thực hiện chấm công và đánh giá nhận xét chất lượng phục vụ nhân viên trong ca theo quy định của trung tâm.
Tuân thủ tuyệt đối các quy định, quy trình an toàn sức khỏe lao động.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên giao.
Assigning tasks for the staff in a shift based on the flight schedule ensures suitable positions for staff following the company's standards.
Supervising staff performance to ensure that all staff within a working shift follow safety/security regulations in operations.
Reporting to Team leader about the division's activities to correct possible mistakes in time.
Coordinating with the related divisions to ensure the quality of the assigned tasks.
Assisting the Team leader in analyzing the plan of the team's activities to maintain safety and develop service quality.
Participating in training the new staff and the lower level staff to limit the possible mistakes during the service process.
Doing the timekeeping and appraise the staff's service quality according to the center's regulations.
Complying precisely with the policies and procedures of OHS.
Performing other duties assigned by upper-level manager.
Requirements
Nam/Nữ: Tuổi từ 20-40.
1. Học vấn:
Tốt nghiệp: THPT trở lên.
2. Kinh nghiệm:
Có ít nhất 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực liên quan.
3. Ngoại ngữ:
Tiếng Anh: giao tiếp, có khả năng đọc hiểu văn bản tiếng Anh.
4. Yêu cầu khác:
Có sức khỏe tốt, có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường áp lực, nắng nóng và tiếng ồn.
Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca.
Cẩn thận, trung thực và trách nhiệm, tinh thần giúp đỡ trong công việc.
Suy nghĩ tích cực.
Male/Female: Age: 20-40 years old.
1. Education:
Graduated from high school or above.
2. Experience:
Have at least 3-5 years of work experience in relevant fields.
3. Language skills:
English: Be able to communicate and read documents in English.
4. Other requirements:
Have good health and work under pressure in a hot and noisy environment.
Willing to work by shift.
