JOB PURPOSE
- The position is responsible for driving in-store visibility and execution excellence across the General Trade (GT) channel. He/she ensures the effective deployment of POSM, visibility assets, and trade activation programs to maximize brand presence at the point of purchase (POP).
- The role works closely with Sales,
Trade Marketing, Marketing and Agencies to improve execution quality, monitor visibility compliance, and provide actionable insights to strengthen shopper conversion and category growth.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Business Objective delivery:
- Visibility KPIs Management - Picture audit - nationwide scope, Monitor and track key visibility metrics, including POSM deployment, display compliance, share of shelf, and activation execution.
- Budget Management - Support the planning, tracking, and optimization of visibility and POSM investments to ensure effective utilization.
Co-work with Regional/
Area Sales Managers:
- Visibility Program Deployment - Execute monthly visibility initiatives, display programs, and trade activations in line with approved channel and category plans.
- POSM Management - Coordinate forecasting, allocation, deployment, and tracking of POSM materials to ensure timely market execution.
- Execution Compliance Monitoring - Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with visibility guidelines, display standards, and promotional execution.
- New Product Launch Support - Ensure visibility readiness for NPDs through timely deployment of launch materials, displays, and activation tools.
Category Management:
- Sales-Marketing Interface - Work closely with
Brand Marketing and Sales teams to ensure flawless execution of channel and category activation plans.
- Market Intelligence - Conduct store audits and monitor competitor visibility activities, display innovations, and promotional executions.
- Category KPIs & Reporting - Prepare and maintain visibility dashboards, execution reports, and post-activity evaluations with actionable recommendations.
- Outlet Excellence Development - Identify opportunities to improve shelf presence, secondary placements, and in-store brand visibility across priority outlets.
• A minimum of bachelor's degree preferably in Business Management/Marketing, and 1-2 years' exposure to trade marketing, or Sales in the FMCG industry.
• Good communication both in English & Vietnamese
• Willingness to travel for market visits and store audits as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, Advisor of Nielsen and PC-based applications is also necessary.
