I. DIMENSION/ KEY FIGURES:
- Geographical Area: As company assigned
- Direct report to: OTC Channel Manager
- Direct subordinates: 06 GT Sales Supervisors/Representatives and 01 BT Supervisor
- External customers: GT stores and consumers
- Internal customers: All internal departments
II. JOB PURPOSE:
- In charge of leading and managing all pharmacy customers and BT in the pharmacy channel.
- Be accountable for delivering sales-in and sales-out targets in the assigned channel by leading channel strategy, driving distribution coverage with product assortment strategy, merchandising products, collaborating with key focus customers, supporting and coaching the team to overcome operational constraints and improve capability.
- Be responsible for recommendations to consumers and trade promotion, marketing activity, and pricing with stakeholders.
III. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop a pharmacy channel strategy and plan to deliver sales-in and sales-out targets within the given budget.
- Drive GT expansion with a product assortment strategy.
- Co-develop promotion, visibility, and activity plans by key account with trade marketing.
- Continuously improve business efficiency, e.g., trading terms, sales and BT productivity, etc.
- Provide a monthly business review by analyzing sales performance and market competition.
- Handle for sale ordering and supporting the GT sales team to run day-to-day operations smoothly.
- Manage pricing by executing the One Price strategy.
- Demonstrate teamwork, promote mutual spirit, and deal with disciplinary matters.

Yêu cầu
- Minimum require a bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years' experience in Sales, marketing, or Category Management
- Experience managing trade spend
- Experience in FMCG and GT is a must, and experience in a multi-national company is desirable.
- Excellent retailer, shopper, and customer understanding
- Commercial acumen
- Expert understanding of the activation planning process and inputs and outputs
- Understanding Nielsen Retail Measurement Services (RMS) key metrics
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and key stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a drive for results
- Able to lead, build trust and motivate direct reports to build next generation of leaders
- Able to communicate in English - written and spoken
- Computer knowledge, Power Point, Excel, Word
