1. Conduct systematic industry analysis, identify industry trends, and uncover channel, user needs, and business opportunities.
2. Responsible for the planning and management of the company's product lines. Based on company strategy, industry trends, market dynamics, user needs, and competitor information, and in conjunction with the characteristics of the company's products, formulate comprehensive and targeted market competition strategies. Determine product positioning, functionalities, launch schedule, promotional activities, and manage the entire product lifecycle.
3. Organize and coordinate cross-departmental teams (including brand owners, supply chain, marketing, sales, and channel clients) to ensure close and efficient cooperation among all parties, promote successful project launches, and achieve GTM targets.
4. Regularly evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of GTM strategies, and adjust and optimize strategies in a timely manner based on market feedback to adapt to market changes.
5. Assist the Country Manager in breaking down annual, quarterly, and monthly performance targets, and promptly follow up on performance progress and provide solutions.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of overseas sales, product, or GTM experience;
• Strong data analysis skills, capable of data-driven decision-making, in-depth analysis of market data to support product strategy formulation and effectiveness evaluation;
• Ability to analyze user needs and pain points in cleaning appliances, smart hardware, or consumer electronics products, and to identify channel, user needs, and business opportunities based on product characteristics;
• Strong learning ability, interested in new industry trends/emerging technologies, and possesses excellent cross-departmental communication skills and teamwork spirit;
• Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to conduct daily work communication.
