he Hotel Guest Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized service and fostering positive relationships with hotel guests. As a key point of contact, the Guest Relations Officer serves as an ambassador of the hotel, addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding guest expectations. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.
Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
Provide personalized assistance and attend to guests' needs throughout their stay.
Respond to guest inquiries promptly and accurately, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with various hotel departments to fulfill guest requests, such as room changes, special amenities, or dining reservations.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
Assist in the check-in and check-out process, ensuring smooth and efficient procedures.
Handle guest feedback and reviews, acknowledging positive feedback and addressing any negative feedback constructively.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and provide feedback to the management team.
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service and a consistent experience across all departments.
Coordinate special arrangements for VIP guests, including welcome amenities, room upgrades, and personalized services.
Assist in organizing and coordinating guest events, conferences, and special functions.
Maintain accurate guest records, including preferences, special requests, and contact information.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in guest relations to continuously improve the guest experience.

Yêu cầu
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized service to diverse guests.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including hotel management software, reservation systems, and basic office applications.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with a friendly and approachable personality.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations and handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services to assist guests effectively.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
