Main responsibilities:
Greeting and seating guests
Ensuring excellent guest experience during dining and bar service
Assisting guests upon departure
Handling guest enquiries and reservations
Conducting daily briefings and handovers
Managing guest complaints professionally
Team management and leadership
Yêu cầu
- 3+ years in guest service, ideally within hospitality or luxury lifestyle brands.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Creative, proactive and commercially minded
