Position: HN Senior Sales Engineer (Water Treatment)
Based in Thang Long Industrial Park, Hanoi, this full-time hybrid role is responsible for driving consultative, solution-based sales of advanced water treatment technologies to manufacturing customers.
The successful candidate will identify customer challenges, propose effective technical solutions, and build long-term partnerships that enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and expand market presence.
Identify and acquire new customers through networking, market development, and business opportunities.
Understand customer operations, challenges, and decision-making processes to deliver value-driven solutions.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal discussions with customers.
Collaborate closely with Technical teams to design, implement, and optimize water treatment programs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with distributors and partners to maximize market coverage.
Provide post-sales support and continuous solution improvement for customers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Submit regular sales reports and perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Language skills: English (required)
Strong interest in B2B sales for manufacturing plants, with a clear commitment to building long‐term customer partnerships
Technical knowledge will be provided through on‐the‐job training; prior experience in the chemical or water treatment industry
A proactive, learning‐oriented mindset is essential
