Nhà máy 1 (TL1) tại KCN Nam Sách với trên 4.000 CNV;
Nhà máy 2 (TL2) tại KCN Lai Vu, Kim Thành, với 14.000 CNV;
Nhà máy 3 (TL3) tại CCN Nguyên Giáp, Tứ Kỳ, với 3.000 CNV

JOB DESCRIPTION
Follow and implement company regulations/policies, and update the HR Manager on related issues;
Manage union relations, negotiate agreements, and address grievances;
Oversee industrial relations and report sensitive issues for resolution;
Ensure all disciplinary violations are handled in accordance with company regulations and local law;
Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and prepare separation reports, including turnover analysis;
Prepare HR reports, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations;
Provide annual training on policies, procedures, and regulations, and collaborate with the L&D dept. to arrange internal training for staff/workers.
REQUIREMENTS
University degree;
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese;
Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Preferred: 3 years of experience in the HR field;
Ability to work independently;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels;
Ability to organize and deliver training for employees.
