Training Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Undertake and assign SOP training tasks and supervise the SOP training process in the warehouse;
2. Regularly analyze regional training performance indicators and drive improvements;
3. Complete relevant training support work based on business needs in various warehouses;
4. Participate in the development and delivery of courses;
5. Build and manage a mentoring team, completing member selection, training, certification, and motivation.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Work Experience: Over 5 years of experience in training-related roles, with the ability to design and develop professional courses; possessing the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and conduct reviews, and understanding data analysis concepts;
3. Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in using office software such as Visio, XMind, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
4. Competencies: Excellent communication and expression skills, clear logical thinking, strong execution ability, and good coordination skills.
