Mô tả công việc
- Contact with Vietnam government offices and authorities to facilitate and balance and SGS Vietnam business needs with local government regulations, licences and requests for northern region
- Ensure overall smooth running of Hai Phong and provide required support for operations.
- Support to deploy cooperate function initiatives throughout Hai Phong Lab Responsible to overview to ensure the providing good administration service in the North including reception, warehousing, delivery, safety and security. Report to Northern Manager in case there are problem which effect operation in Hai Phong
- On behalf of Northern Manager, take action for any issue that happen in Hai Phong Lab with advise from direct manager
- Undertake specific projects as directed by Northern Manager

Yêu cầu
- University graduated or above
- At least 3 year experience on working with state agencies and knowledge of government processes.
- Proficiency in English
- Good communication skill internally and externally
- Good Planning & Organizing Skill
- Have basic management skill
