• Support sales agencies and customers regarding sales policies, project information, and agency contract procedures.
• Coordinate and implement sales programs, events, promotion activities, and project marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and calculate commissions for agencies and sales teams, and coordinate with the Accounting Department for commission payments, deposit refunds, and debt reminders.
• Monitor agency compliance with contract terms, including advertising activities, communication guidelines, and property viewing arrangements.
• Provide training and updates to agencies on project products, sales policies, and transaction procedures.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and issues arising from agencies or clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or agency management within the real estate industry.
• Candidates with experience working for reputable
developers or real estate distribution companies are preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of real estate products and market dynamics.
• Strong data consolidation, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Transition to Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, GG Chat, Gemini, etc.).
• English communication skills are an advantage.
