Mô tả công việc
Administrative:
out work related to documents, records, and procedures related to employees and the company such as labor contracts, certificates of merit, certificates, asset inspection reports....
Coordinate with management to develop new rules and regulations for employees
Assist the CEO in implementation of public relation tasks and external affairs including local relevant public authorities/organizations
Development, documentation and standardization of BackOffice operations
Formulation of annual budgets, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements with accounting firms
Compensation and benefits:
Propose and develop the company's welfare regimes, salary policies, rewards, etc,..
Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
Recruitment:
Overall report on human resources status, discuss with departments to understand recruitment requirements to select suitable candidates
Build recruitment plan
Build appropriate channels
Prepare recruitment documents such as JD, sample forms, tests...
Implement onboarding process for new employees
Internal Communication:
Assist the CEO in communication and transferring operational decisions and guidelines directly toward operation divisions
In charge of being a Vietnamese-Japanese comtor in internal meetings also external meetings
Summarize reports, prepare content, and serve as meeting secretary
Build company culture, plan and organize corporate events such as Year-end party, Company trip, Team building, Happy hour,...

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Languages
Fluent in Japanese (N2 or higher - good listening, speaking, reading and writing)
Preferably good English reading and writing skills
Experienced in departmental procedures and policies
Hands-on experience with office management, company events, and Expat immigration process
Having accounting experience is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to work individually and in a team
Proficient in office computer technology (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet)
At least 3 years experience in the equivalent position.
Fluent in Japanese (N2 or higher - good listening, speaking, reading and writing)
Preferably good English reading and writing skills
Experienced in departmental procedures and policies
Hands-on experience with office management, company events, and Expat immigration process
Having accounting experience is an advantage
