[Hanoi] Assistant Manager, FinanceCÔNG TY TNHH FRASERS PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (VIỆT NAM)

Job Responsibilities:
• Degree in Finance/Accountancy or its equivalent.
• At least 4-5 years of relevant experiences, especially in Real Estate.
• ACCA or CPA (Australia) is preferred.
• Audit at Big4 experience is preferred (Candidates without Big4 experience must be strong in international accounting standards and have working experience in multinational company with reporting to overseas headquarter).
• Meticulous, self-driven and able to work under pressure to deliver amidst tight
deadlines.
• Hands on with finance operations experience, good accounting knowledge, strong analytical skill, responsible, assertive, and experienced in managing people and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• The role involves frequent liaising with various parties such as inter-department, business partners and auditors, hence good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese are required.
