Mô tả công việc
* Objective
Handle protocol requests and provide maintenance in the protocol database as per client requests.
* Job details:
- Create or update the testing protocols.
- Work with technical staffs / operations / clients to capture test methodology (new / existing / client specific), standard, regulations and /or interpretations into protocol.
- Identify standard / test method / capability and gap analysis feasibility evaluation.
- Update protocols to capture any feedback or changes required to ensure protocols are complete, current, and consistent.
- Input and maintenance in the protocol database.
- Provide supports to internal teammates about protocols.
- Reply client inquiries about protocols.
- Perform ad hoc tasks which is assigned by Manager.
* Working place: 648 Nguyen Thi Dinh, Thanh My Loi, ThuDuc City
* Working time: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday

- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook.
- Self-motivated and analytical mind.
- Able to work well under pressure with tight schedule.
- Able to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.
- Detail and result-oriented, independent yet a team player.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Diploma/ High Diploma / Degree or above with major in Science/ Physics/ Engineering/ Product testing related disciplines.
- Working experiences in writing testing protocols or technical documents is an advantage.
- Working experiences in certification/ inspection/ testing laboratory or industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook.
