JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sales service & Operations:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, following company standards and leading by example.
- Take responsibility for daily store operations and smooth running of all retail activities.
- Monitor stock on shelves and in the stockroom; coordinate internal transfers and replenishment when needed.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, display, packaging, and retail collateral according to brand guidelines.
- Support the preparation and fulfillment of online and wholesale orders, including after-sales service.
- Update and communicate information on new arrivals, promotions, and product knowledge to the team.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
2. Team Management:
- Plan and allocate staff shifts in accordance with the store roster; manage attendance and punctuality.
- Supervise, coach, and train store staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets.
- Identify operational or service weaknesses, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to communicate updates, align goals, and reinforce store standards.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and operations reports to management.
3. Administrative & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health & safety, and security standards.
- Manage cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation accurately.
- Support internal audits and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead.
- English fluency is a must, good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Precision when handling numbers and strong attention to detail.
- Able to work in shifts: 8:30AM - 5:30PM or 12:30PM - 9:00PM at amaï stores in District 1 and District 2, HCMC.
