JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Homestay Butler to join our team at Anam Homestay & Cafe. As a Butler, your primary role will be to provide personalized and attentive service, anticipate guest needs, and create a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Guest Services (40%): Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly and personalized welcome. Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide information about the homestay's facilities and services. Attend to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Housekeeping (40%): Ensure that guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Oversee room readiness, ensuring all amenities are stocked, and the room is prepared according to guest preferences and requests.
Administration(20%): Maintain accurate guest records, including reservations, payments, and special requests. Handle cash transactions and maintain proper accounting procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English (Speaking)
Customer service mindset. Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation is a plus
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Work hour: 12:00 - 21:00 with 01 hour break (Work hour can be negotiated)
