JOB DESCRIPTION
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an individual who:
has a great interest in the field of Adventure, Outdoor education;
is self-driven and supportive team-players;
is keen on working with children;
has a good command of English.
The Activity Instructor (AI) is the first level of the Activity Leader position for individuals starting on this career path.
[The Activity Leader (AL) is a freelance position and is a key role in operating AsiaMotions' programs. This role executes direct communication and interaction with the students and teachers on our programs. AsiaMotions' programs thrive to make meaningful impact to the students from each and every team member starting with the AL.]
RESPONSIBILITIES
The freelancer is expected to:
Commit to full attendance of the assigned trip(s) that have been mutually confirmed beforehand.
Respect and comply with AsiaMotions' working policies, Safeguarding policy and Code of Conduct.
The scope of work: an AI will
- Follow directions from the Program Leader and the Program Manager.
Program Leader (PL) is in charge for the quality of a program in terms of delivering activities, operational execution, communication with teachers, program's safety and overall decisions during the program.
Program Manager (PM) is in charge for the quality of a program in terms of delivering activities, logistics arrangement and communication with suppliers.
- Have responsibility over the equipment: Load - unload equipment from truck at office and onsite, take good care and manage equipment following guidance of PL and PM.
- Learn and prepare well the tasks for the activities assigned with on the program, ensure the quality and safety in delivering the activities.
- Contribute to the improvement of activities.
- Be responsible with team communication.
Working environment
Our office is based in Thao Dien, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city.
Some travels are required for the purpose of events.(outside of Ho Chi Minh City)
REQUIREMENTS
The requirement for an AI includes:
can deliver a briefing for an activity;
can manage a group of students;
can manage one's own health and personal condition to keep up with the whole program's schedule and requirement;
should be flexible for changes and solutions when needed.
EQUIREMENT FOR AI: We are looking for an individual who:

- Gross daily rate: 715,000 VND (including 10% PIT that AsiaMotions will submit on your behalf, the net daily rate is 650,000 VND). A service collaborative contract will be formulized for each trip.
