JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Client Service
Proactively identify and address client needs by staying updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitors' activities.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, and objectives to offer strategic guidance.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Collaborate with clients to define project goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance metrics to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional agency services to clients based on their evolving needs.
2. Project Management
Write client brief and debrief effectively to internal team members
Develop proposal and present to clients
Develop project planning and timeline
Schedule task, monitor project progress and coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables and detect delays/problems in the project and tackle them to ensure efficient project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and technical teams, to ensure project success.
Conduct regular project status meetings with external and internal teams to keep everyone aligned and informed.
Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing timely updates to clients and addressing any budget-related concerns.
Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines
Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback from clients and internal teams, identifying areas for improvement and best practices.
3. Paperwork (5%)
Prepare and distribute project reports, status updates, and performance summaries to clients and internal stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation for client engagements.
Ensure all project-related paperwork, including contracts and invoices, is filed and managed appropriately.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
University/College graduate, Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field is preffered
Proficient in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 1-2 year of professional experience as an Account Executive in a agency
In-depth knowledge of the
digital marketing landscape, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, enthusiastic, and result-oriented
Able to work independently, self-learning and work under pressure
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner.
Strategic thinking, analytical and listening skills
Proficiency in project management techniques, tools, and methodologies to effectively plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns.
Excellent documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
