JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist in managing key client accounts and relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Support the team in timely communication and response to client inquiries and requests.
• Participate in the development and implementation of logistics solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information and fulfill client requirements.
• Analyze account performance metrics and contribute to reports to enhance service delivery.
• Aid in administrative tasks related to account management and logistics operations.
• Learn and apply industry best practices and company procedures in logistics and supply chain management.
REQUIREMENTS
• Final year student or recent graduate.
• Preferred previous internship experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work full-time for at least 4 days a week, between Monday and Saturday.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• A strong desire to learn and develop skills in logistics and supply chain management.
