About The Role
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our e-commerce operations by developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance customer engagement, maximize sales, and optimize operational efficiency.
What Will You Do?
Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.
Execute product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
Implement effective merchandising tactics, including product positioning, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
Execute inventory management processes, including demand forecasts and supply chain operations to ensure timely fulfillment and minimize stock outs.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers.
Manage and document day-to-day requests raised by clients, ensuring prompt execution and exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute client requests daily, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
Manage Shopify store backend operations, including product listing, price changes, order execution, and managing employee access.
Generate monthly reports, execute data analysis, and provide insights to optimize performance and drive business growth.
What Skills & Experience Do You Need?
Fresh graduate or studying marketing, economics or e-commerce is a plus
Have an interest in ecommerce and want to explore the field or have a career in it.
Have teamwork skills.
Able to withstand pressure.
