JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Responsibilities
1. Product Backlog Management
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on business value, user needs, and stakeholder priorities.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements to guide the development team effectively.
• Ensure backlog items are well-structured, updated, and ready for planning, development, and delivery.
2. Stakeholder & Development Team Alignment
• Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and the development team.
• Communicate product vision, requirements, priorities, and changes clearly to all related parties.
• Clarify questions, manage expectations, and support smooth collaboration throughout the product development process.
3. Product Vision, Roadmap & Feature Planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals, product strategy, and short-term or long-term product direction.
• Support product roadmap planning and align upcoming features with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Prepare product ideas, feature proposals, or basic product pitches when needed.
4. Delivery Review & Product Quality
• Review and validate deliverables to ensure they meet acceptance criteria, product goals, and user expectations.
• Accept completed work or request revisions based on defined requirements and quality standards.
• Work with Designers,
Developers, QCs, and PCs to ensure product outputs are delivered on time and aligned with agreed scope.
5. Product Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Gather user feedback, monitor product performance indicators, and use data to support product decisions.
• Conduct basic market, competitor, and user research to identify improvement opportunities.
• Suggest product improvements and support prioritization of upcoming features or enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Product Owner,
Business Analyst, or in a similar product-related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Product Management, or relevant fields.
• Familiarity with Kanban and Scrum methodologies; good command of Google Workspace or similar collaboration tools.
• Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and ability to collaborate with Designers to improve user experience.
• Strong research, analytical, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good time management, task ownership, teamwork, and collaboration mindset.
Nice to have
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 800 is an advantage.
• Knowledge of project management or experience working in IT outsourcing/product teams is a plus.
• Experience preparing product pitches, feature proposals, mockups, MVPs, or product presentation materials is a plus.
