How You'll Make an Impact
We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the card and lending platform behind EVO - a builder who fuses product-management rigor with AI-first execution. You'll own delivery across our card and lending products - partner-integrated bank and finance products that issue cards, power installment and BNPL experiences, and serve loans to customers at scale. These are compliance-heavy products with firm go-live dates, so backlog discipline, acceptance ownership, and partner coordination are the heart of the job. If you like turning complex partner requirements into shipped product on a deadline, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Discovery & Translation
- Translate partner and business requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Map end-to-end flows across onboarding, card issuance, installment conversion, and loan servicing - and the edge cases that come with regulated lending.
Design & Execution
- Own the backlog and acceptance decisions for your platform initiatives; keep multi-track delivery on schedule to firm go-live dates.
- Use AI across the workflow - workflow mapping, PRD drafting, test-case generation, meeting synthesis, risk tracking - as your default way of working.
- Drive partner-integrated launches across card and lending products, from spec to production.
Governance & Compliance
- Work within banking and consumer-credit guardrails; make the compliance trade-off calls and document them.
- Keep delivery auditable and partner-ready, coordinating closely with Risk and Legal.
Stakeholders & Delivery
- Coordinate Engineering, Technical Program Management, partners, Risk, and Legal to ship on time.
- Surface delivery risks early, remove blockers, and own the follow-through to go-live.
Your Skills and Experience
Must have
- 3+ years as a Product Owner / Business Analyst, or in product execution, with a record of shipping.
- Experience in fintech, platform, or partner-integration product work.
- Strong PRD and backlog discipline - you write clear specs and acceptance criteria.
- Proven stakeholder coordination and delivery tracking across cross-functional teams.
- AI-first by default: you use AI tools daily and build your own prompts and multi-step workflows to automate parts of your role.
Preferred
- Start with AI: automation is your reflexive first step, not a bolt-on.
- Experience working in or adjacent to regulated industries (banking, lending, fintech).
- Comfort with card issuance, installment/BNPL, or lending products.
- Data self-service skills (SQL, dashboards) a plus.
- Scrappy builder: bonus if you can prototype with Claude Code, Codex or any other vibe coding tools.
- Thrives in ambiguity and brings order without needing heavy process to get going.
- Fluent Vietnamese; working English.
