Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in lead generation:
Collaborate with the team to execute targeted digital campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, email marketing, and webinars.
Learn about inbound marketing strategies and contribute ideas to optimize our website and create lead magnets.
Familiarize yourself with sales prospecting tools to identify and qualify leads.
Help maintain contact databases by updating accurate and relevant information.
Supporting lead nurturing efforts:
Engage with qualified leads through personalized communication channels like email and phone calls, with guidance and support from the team.
Contribute to the development and implementation of lead nurturing campaigns to guide leads through the sales funnel.
Learn how to provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from leads, with guidance from experienced professionals.
Collaboration with the team:
Work closely with the sales team to learn from their expertise and assist them in qualifying and transferring leads for further engagement.
Share insights and data on lead generation efforts to contribute to the improvement of overall campaign effectiveness.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate on sales strategies, gaining exposure to real-world business discussions.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English. Proficiency in German is a PLUS.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools, including lead generation tools and CRM software.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
