We are looking for an Office Assistant Intern:
Take care and ensure the best office condition (office sanitary, facilities, working tools, company assets, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)
Liaise with suppliers to ensure the supply of equipment and office repair
Follow and assist in making monthly office payment and ad-hoc expense
Assist in organizing internal meetings, events and activities (eg. interviews, townhall, training, tea time, team meal, team building, etc.)
Distribute mailers and merchandise
Make travel arrangement and accommodation for executive on business trip or off-site meeting
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Has previous experience in office management is a plus
Is good at time-management
Has attention to detail and problem solving skills
Has effective communication to deal with suppliers
Is comfortable working in English in an international environment
