KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate employee records by regularly updating, adjusting, and supplementing information in the HR management system.
Support internal event organization, including training sessions, business travel arrangements, and team-building activities.
Contribute to social media content development, including managing the company fanpage, creating posts, developing content, and editing videos (e.g., TikTok, social platforms).
Build and maintain a positive workplace culture aligned with company values through employee engagement initiatives.
Perform other tasks as requested by the HR Manager to support the team's objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Final-year student or recent graduate, preferably in Human Resources, Business English, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with people.
Experience or interest in social media content creation (e.g., TikTok, fanpage management, video editing).
Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a plus.
