JOB DESCRIPTION
Pre-onboarding process Support
Support to prepare all employment documents related to new hire employees;
Support to prepare all logistics and working equipment for new hires (email account, laptop/computer, working desk, stationary name tag, parking card...;
Office Administration
Source and arrange for the purchase of office supplies, equipment, and service.
Fully follow & manage all the office administration, including IT equipment (laptop, computer, printer, photocopy, scan, fax, ...); office equipment/ facilities (Desk, chair, cabinet, shelf, warehouse, ...); stationery; drink water; courier express; office decoration; take care office trees;...
Coordinate with the Building Management Committee, and Group IT to ensure the service of the IT system, the electric system, and office cleaning, ...
Coordinate with the FAST (Group Accounting) to ensure follow smoothly the payment process for the HR & admin department.
Provide administrative support to HR and relevant departments, including notarization of documents, logistics arrangement for business trips, and organizing company/ department events;
C&B Support
Weekly record/ upload data into the timekeeping machine, application, and monthly download/extract timekeeping data for the Office timekeeping consolidation.
Coordinate with HR Admin Specialist in managing employees' AL,
Coordinate with TA team & HRSS team to ensure full compliance in employee personnel management;
Support, follow and complete the coordination resignation process for the officer's employees.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
A university degree or higher preferably
Relevant Experience:
Fresh-Graduated student, Final-year student with Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration major
C&B or HR experiences is plus
Skills and Personal Attributes:
Positive, result-oriented and will power to strike for excellence
Passionate in Human Resources
MS Office - Specializing in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
English Communications
