WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Enter customer information into internal and external systems.
Coordinate with the Operations team (Booking, Documentation) and occasionally liaise directly with customers to clarify all requirements before forwarding them to the Operations team.
Ensure a smooth process that complies with internal policies and standards. Work closely with the Procurement and Sales teams to maximize shipment profitability.
Provide customer-related information (schedules, involved parties, etc.) to the Operations team.
Check, update, and follow up on Purchase Orders in the system; if not completed, send reminders for submission.

· 4th year or fresh graduate major in Foreign Trade/Logistics
· Career objective to work in Logistics field
· Careful, quick learning person
· Multi-tasking and working under pressure
· English communication in both verbal and non-verbal
