WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Handle air freight bookings for export shipments from SGN and HAN (including international express shipments).
Arrange domestic trucking and coordinate customs procedures for import and export shipments.
Update flight schedules, consolidate, and maintain air freight rates for airlines.
Prepare reports on trucking, customs, and express shipments.
Record ad-hoc quotations.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
· 4th year or fresh graduate major in Foreign Trade/Logistics
· Career objective to work in Logistics field
· Careful, quick learning person
· Multi-tasking
· English communication in both verbal and non-verbal
