JOB DESCRIPTION
【Responsibilities】
Daily Task
•
Prepare
and review client asset transactions and management reports.
•
Execute
daily operations for equity settlement and end-of-day system processing.
•
Handle
fund deposits and withdrawals.
•
Generate
settlement reports and daily/monthly statements.
•
Undertake
ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisors.
•
Conduct
daily reconciliation tasks.
•
Collaborate
with the front office and/or external parties to resolve operational issues.
Monthly/ Yearly task
•
Check the
accuracy, rationality, and effectiveness of accounting documents. Perform
accounting treatment of transactions occurring in accounting software.
•
Create, print,
store, and preserve tax invoices in accordance with regulations.
•
Prepare tax
reports for all types of taxes applicable to the company: Prepare quarterly VAT
and personal income tax returns.
•
Compare tax
reporting data with general accounting.
•
Submit tax reports
to the tax authorities within the prescribed deadlines and directly coordinate
with them in case of issues.
•
Repare financial statements, corporate and
personal income tax final reports.
•
Collaborate with
the admin to manage the payment of social insurance premiums.
•
Perform other tasks as requested by
the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
• We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate
keen attention to detail and efficiently verify crucial information, including
numerical data.
• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
• Have
at least 1 year experience in accounting
• Demonstrate maturity, strong organizational
abilities, independence, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
• Possess solid business acumen and analytical skills.
• Be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal
and communication skills.
• Have proficiency in English.
• Can work in shifts:
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Shift
schedule)
Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)

Content Creation :
• Planning
and producing images, videos, and banners for SNS
• Creating

• Creating
creative posts tailored to the target audience and platform features
• Proposing
compelling storytelling and visuals for campaigns
• Writing
and optimizing blog articles and web pages with a focus on SEO
SNS Management & Operations:
• Managing
and operating SNS accounts such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok
• Creating
and executing post schedules and interacting with users (responding to comments
and messages)
• Analyzing
SNS performance data (engagement rates, follower growth, etc.) and suggesting
improvements
• Planning,
executing, and measuring the effectiveness of SNS advertising campaigns
• Developing
SNS account strategies based on the latest trends
REQUIREMENTS

Job Description
- Answer customer inquiries related to client services.
- Support is provided through online chat, messaging apps
(LINE, Messenger), and email. There are no telephone answering activities.
- Post information
about client services (including using blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other
channels).
- Encourage the maintenance and development of the customer
base.
- Provide high-quality customer service and maintain and
enhance communication with current and potential customers (using SMS, email,
and LINE).
- Meet the individual needs of each customer.
- Monitor customer feedback to promote service improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
Job requirements
- Japanese
N1 certification/ Japanese
- Creative, able to work independently, and good
communication and problem-solving skills
- Sufficient Japanese reading and writing skills to perform
the job
- Basic typing skills
Work Hours: 7:00-16:00 / 13:00-22:00 (Shift work) Two days off per week
(Saturday and Sunday)
